Our first step is to read your submission to understand your core intent. We review every single form that comes in. To help us help you, we look for:

• Completeness: Have you answered all the questions? A submission with a blank "describe your plan" section is very difficult for us to act on.

• Clarity of Intent: The more specific you are, the better.

• Less helpful: "I want to start a business."

• Very helpful: "I am a mechanical engineer, and I want to explore the High Volume Air Sampler to build a new IoT-enabled monitoring device for industrial clients."

This first step helps us sort your interest into the right category—whether it's for an immediate opportunity, a future one, or for our general community newsletter.

Step 2: The Validation (Credibility & Context)

For all promising, high-intent submissions, our team takes the next step to understand who you are. This helps us make the best possible connections. We look at:

• Your Digital Footprint: We will almost always look at the LinkedIn profile or company website you provide. This is non-negotiable for our high-touch tracks. Does your experience align with your interest? Are you who you say you are? This builds a high-trust network for everyone.

Step 3: The Qualification Call (Strategy & Fit)

If your submission is clear, credible, and a strong fit, you will be invited to our free, 30-minute "Opportunity Deep-Dive" call. This is where the real work begins. This is not a test; it's a strategic discussion. Our goal is to understand your readiness using our "TAC" Framework:

• Team: Do you have the right team, or co-founders, to execute this? If not, what talent are you missing?

• Ambition: What is your go-to-market plan? Who is your first customer?

• Capital: Have you thought about the capital required to build your product?

This discussion helps us and you to build a concrete plan.

What Happens Next: Our Commitment to You

After this 3-step process, we will guide you to one of our three primary tracks. Our goal is to find the right place for everyone.

• Track 1: Connect Ready
  You have a credible team, a clear plan, and realistic expectations. You are ready for the next step. We will actively work with you, prepare you for introductions to our partners, and flag you for our investor and B2B customer networks.

• Track 2: Nurture & Build
  You have strong potential but might be missing a key piece—perhaps a technical co-founder, a clear business plan, or a capital strategy. You are not "rejected." You are placed in our "Nurture" track, where you'll be the first to be invited to our "Proposal Accelerator" workshops, networking events, and community-building initiatives to help you find that missing piece.

• Track 3: Community Member
  Your interest might be more general, or the specific opportunity may not be a fit right now. You are a valued member of our community. You will be added to our general newsletter to keep you informed of all future opportunities, articles, and events.
